At Black Sheep Boutique, we want you to love your purchase! If something isn't quite right, we're here to help. Please review our in-store and online return policies below.
In-Store Purchases
Items purchased in store may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 10 days of the purchase date.

Original tags must be attached, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, all accessories, sale items, and seasonal/holiday items are final sale.

Online Orders

Online orders may be returned or exchanged within 10 days of the delivery date.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Refunds for approved returns will be issued to the original form of payment.

Final Sale Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Sale/discounted items

Accessories (jewelry, hats, etc.)

Seasonal or holiday merchandise

Bodysuits or intimates


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
